In the interest of fellow otherworldly Restless, the building is meant as a place of refuge for people of different backgrounds and yet now similar stories. Hopefully here you can form bonds with those who share the same space.

▍BUILDING RULES

1. Make fun of the complex name.
2. Pay your rent.
3. Take out your trash.
4. Don't be loud.
5. Pets allowed, but clean after them yourselves.
6. Murder elsewhere.
7. Rules may be changed or added whenever the owners see fit.

▍AMENITIES

1. A basement which can be used for negotiations.
2. Working bathroom and kitchen in each suite.
3. Beds of varying quality, but at least they exist.
4. Three meals are provided a day at 7 am, 12 pm, and 5 pm. Fill out your meal plan for the chef to properly prepare.

▍KNOWN ISSUES

1. If there is an elevator, it isn't working.
2. They are not going to fix the elevator.
3. They will not mention if the elevator is broken, so feel free to have your character get stuck.
4. Bed quality isn't consistent across what's provided.

▍MONTHLY UPDATE

• There is a small pine fir tree in the lobby floor.
• Muffled ominous music from a small music player in the lobby floor near the tree.
• In random spots, there are parasitic plants hanging. Joonghyuk has been adamant about removing them.

Each floor has two suites with varying floor plans up to group/players' choice (if you want it to be joined bedrooms or singles) but at max four beds, meaning that there can be four (4) per suite and eight (8) per floor.

No, you do not need to submit the form if they're just temporarily staying in a different suite because of a messy break up.
