In the interest of fellow otherworldly Restless, the building is meant as a place of refuge for people of different backgrounds and yet now similar stories. Hopefully here you can form bonds with those who share the same space.

▍BUILDING RULES
- Make fun of the complex name.
- Pay your rent.
- Take out your trash.
- Don't be loud.
- Pets allowed, but clean after them yourselves.
- Murder elsewhere.
- Rules may be changed or added whenever the owners see fit.
▍AMENITIES
- A basement which can be used for negotiations.
- Working bathroom and kitchen in each suite.
- Beds of varying quality, but at least they exist.
- Three meals are provided a day at 7 am, 12 pm, and 5 pm. Fill out your meal plan for the chef to properly prepare.

▍KNOWN ISSUES
- If there is an elevator, it isn't working.
- They are not going to fix the elevator.
- They will not mention if the elevator is broken, so feel free to have your character get stuck.
- Bed quality isn't consistent across what's provided.
▍MONTHLY UPDATE
- There is a small
pinefir tree in the lobby floor. - Muffled ominous music from a small music player in the lobby floor near the tree.
- In random spots, there are parasitic plants hanging. Joonghyuk has been adamant about removing them.

(vella) first impressions
 ☄ First Impressions ♚ VISUAL: Joonghyuk is described to be very handsome! Black hair, black eyes, tan skin, 184cm tall, and has a muscular/fit body. He has several scars across his body and his hands, then also some light ones on his face (REFERENCE). In Vella, he has black wolf ears, tail, and fangs. ♚ FASHION: Usually donning his coat and combat boots, he tends to wear black... His battlewear includes a number of belts, but outside of fighting he leans towards comfortable sportwear. ♚ DEMEANOUR: Aloof and distant. Comes off hard tsundere sometimes, but intuitive people can see and tell he isn't heartless. When he gets angry, it comes with heaps of murderous intent that can be very suffocating to anyone. ♚ SOUND: He probably has a deep voice that's velvet smooth... I don't know. I'll come back to this when the movies come out. ♚ SCENT: Iron for blood. I'm kidding. He probably smells like the sun? Like people who sunbathe a lot cause he's usually outside. ♚ MENTAL INFORMATION: He has...
